I'm curious about the different electric elements out there that have been broken and repaired..or not. If anyone out there has had issues with their installtion and they were repaired, how was it accomplished? If not, why not?

Also, how was the element installed will help in my search. In mortar directly under tile, in a concrete pour for slab heat, mortar under hardwood, engineered wood..etc..

I am very interested in your opinion on what I have seen with repair issues. Give me a shout when you get a chance and we can discuss a few things. I have been installing for years and have seen pretty well every repair from XLPE type, Tuff Cable (THHN Type) to self term. single point connection systems. I hope we can put our heads together on this one. email or call direct

Though I've only been doing this for a short time, relatively, I've never seen an element failure. The cause has always been third party.
