Has anyone used a latex foam adhesive to bond roth panel to an already poured basement floor?

Trying to get feedback on which adhesives work or dont work. Whats the best install? Roth recommends notched trowel or PL300 tube adhesive with tapcon screws. Im worried about drill dust getting trapped under that panel causing voids or uneven floor.

What about a poly vapor barrier? Will moisture pass thru panel and affect finished floor? Cant use poly with glue down.

Compare to climate panel:
If NAILED hardwood, they want poly, then 3/4 plywood then panel. gives finished floor a base to screw into.

If floating floor, they want climate panel to "float" also. assembled but not secured to conrete sub floor. Cant see Roth panel floating.
