I have a really nice radiant system in my single family house - designed by the forum moderator Smiler

I have tekmar tn4 controls and I really like them.
The tekmar controls a weil mclain ultra boiler.

I just installed the same boiler - one size up in a three family attached/row house that I own. Currently the system is baseboard piped to make zoning hard, it has a look up the front, one up the back and one up the hall. I am in the process of moving those baseboards over to manifolds, one for each floor so I can zone.

Can anyone make any control recommendations. Tenants are mostly office workers who are out of house from 7:30am to 6pm. I would love to set the house back fairly heavily during the day but I am concerned if someone has a day off or is home during that time I need them to have a way to get a boost.

I think when you lock the tekmar thermostats down the temp can be boosted 3 degrees for that zone. That is fine unless I set the temp back 6 degrees. I forget if you can change scenes in limited mode but even if you can, I didnt want one person being home to push all the zones out of 'away' mode into occupied.

Is there a good way to do this via the tekmar? Is there a set of controls that would would better as a landlord?
