depends on the quality of your well water

Not uncommon to have some sand or silt in new wells. fill a glass and let it set to check for this.
Hardness would be the next test. most well or pump installers can do this test.
iron, ph, TDS, chlorides are other test, although you may need a water treatment company to help you with these.
Most boiler manuals will show you acceptable levels for these. With stainless boilers and indirect chloride levels are important to maintain warranty.
If your fill water is questionable haul in some good water with a plastic barrel.
most important, for a new system, is to flush and cleanout any dirt, solder balls, flux, cutting oils, sawdust, etc. I like to use a hydronic system cleaner, some contractors use TSP from the hardware shelves for this.
